Terms of Warranty:

This product has been designed and manufactured to attend to the entertainment and leisure of the consumer.

Warranty of 90 (ninety days) as of purchase date. Warranty is only valid with the presentation of purchase receipt.

In case of manufacturing defect the product and its components are covered by the warranty.

Confirmed defect must be immediately reported to the company by phone -

Warranty is invalidated if defect results from bad handling.

Reimbursement of defective products is limited to the value declared in the invoice (purchase receipt).

Eventual postal expenses involved in the remittance of product to company for
technical assistance is not covered by CAPRI.

SAC services are available from Monday to Friday - 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Recommendations for care and safety

1. Keep mattress away from fire and flames.
2. This mattress is not geared for daily use.
3. Do not place it on a bedframe.
4. Do not exceed pressure – it can cause rupture of welding (fill up till wrinkles disappear).
5. Use mattress with velvety side up.
6. This product can also be inflated by using standard pumps.

Cleaning and Storage
1. Make sure mattress is dry before folding it for storage.
2. Clean it with a clean soft cloth on the flocked surface and also on the PVC.
3. Do not make use of detergents or chemical products.
4. Make sure it is totally deflated and then store it in a dry and cool place.
5. Do not place heavy or sharp objects next to mattress or on top of it to prevent damage and cuts.
6. If product develops any hole, use repair kit provided.
