Terms of Warranty:
This product has been designed and manufactured to attend to the entertainment and leisure of the consumer.
Warranty of 90 (ninety days) as of purchase date. Warranty is only valid with the presentation of purchase receipt.
In case of manufacturing defect the product and its components are covered by the warranty.
Confirmed defect must be immediately reported to the company by phone -
(11) 2161-0666 or by e-mail - SAC capriweb.com.br
Warranty is invalidated if defect results from bad handling.
Reimbursement of defective products is limited to the value declared in the invoice (purchase receipt).
Eventual postal expenses involved in the remittance of product to company for
technical assistance is not covered by CAPRI.
SAC services are available from Monday to Friday - 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

1. Ideal for transporting food to the beach, camping, swimming-pools, trips. Also handy for medicines, photo and computer equipment, etc.
2. Conserves hot, cool and frozen products.
3. Inner lining to offer total protection against shock and the effect of outside temperatures.
4. Manufactured with non-toxic material – a practical product, beautiful and versatile.
5. Only use wet cloth and neutral soap for cleaning (do not wash – it can damage the thermo protection).
6. When using ice we advise wrapping it in a plastic bag to avoid water infiltration in the insulation layer.
7. Do not carry sharp or cutting objects inside the PVC thermal bag - not to damage it.
8. To maintain temperature of stored product, place a cloth (or paper) at the bottom of the bag in the empty spaces to prevent air circulation (it can lower temperature).
9. Tips for conservation (approximate):
- frozen (meat, chicken, etc) - 12 hours
- cool (soft drinks, bear, etc) - 7 hours
- hot (salty foods, etc) - 2 hours |
